Eid al-Adha 1441

O Allah, the day of Eid is here,

A sign of your mercy,

O Allah, to commemorate,

Sayyiduna Ibrahim,

O Allah, we start in Your name,

The Divine Source of Everything,

And we send our peace and Salaams,

On your Nabi,

O Allah, we sacrifice,

To emulate the devotion of Isma’il,

The day he said to your slave,

“Father if it is for Allah…”

An obedient son, with understanding,

That Allah’s will is everything,

O Allah, send your peace,

On Ibrahim wa Isma’il,

O Allah, increase the love,

We possess in our hearts,

For your beloved,

The very best of all Your creation,

O Allah, forgive my father,

For all his sins,

And grant him the highest ranks,

Of your heavens,

O Allah, bless my mother,

With ease and patience,

And help me take her once more,

To the lands of the pious,

O Allah, bless my wife,

With happiness and more,

The coolness to my eyes,

The calm in my storm,

bless our home,

Protect us from harm,

And guide us to become,

United and strong,

O Allah, bless my teachers,

With proximity and more humility,

And ease their work,

And increase their reach,

And help us benefit,

From their hearts, minds and the knowledge they teach,

O Allah, bless the reader on this day,

And give them peace and piety,

O Allah, give everyone a joyous day,

And help us all use these next few days,

To worship You in complete devotion,

On this blessed day of Jummah, a double blessing,

Ease in a moment of trials and tribulations,

Ease for the whole Ummah, and every nation,

Eid Mubarak and Jummah Mubarak to you and your family,
